Today, my guest is Amy Dix. Amy is an author, international speaker, and one of the most positive people I have ever spoken too. During this episode, we discuss how she dealt with the death of her mother and how she remained positive during the ordeal. We also get into the science of happiness, how happiness should be taught more in school, and how happiness is not a "destination" but a goal that you have to be activity working towards. 

 

When asked the question of "What do you think happens when we die?", Amy said her mom always used to tell her "When I die, I want to come back as one of my dogs." Amy explained that she would like to think that maybe we come back as something where we get to be spoiled rotten.
